  1. Delivery Locations:
  • You can have your delivery sent to any address as long as the person who placed the order is present. Note: Osos Flower cannot deliver to federal institutions.
  1. Age Requirement:
  • You must be 21 to place an order. (Or 18 if you have a medical ID)
  1. Payment Options:
  • Osos Flower prefers ACH (electronic) payments, which draw funds from your bank. Debit card payments are also safe and secure. Cash is accepted as well.
  1. Identification Verification:
  • When placing an order, you will be asked to upload a photo of your identification to verify your age and ensure the correct person receives the delivery.
  1. Operating Hours:
  • Osos Flower operates from 8 AM to 8 PM. Deliveries are made as soon as possible and in the order they are placed. You can choose a specific time and day for delivery, including future dates.
  1. Same Day Delivery:
  • We offer same-day delivery for orders received before 4:20 PM. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next day or a future date.
  1. Elite Wellness Collective Subscription:
  • Join our Elite Wellness Collective to receive subscription-based deliveries. Osos Flower will deliver your pre-established order on a specific schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at no additional fee.
  1. Additional Orders for Members:
  • Elite Wellness Collective members can place additional orders outside of their regular subscription schedule.
  1. Product Requests:
  • If you can’t find your favorite cannabis item, email us at customersupport@ososflower.com. We are always looking to expand our product offerings based on customer preferences.
  1. Placing Orders Online:
    • Use the “Shop” or “Order Now” tabs on our website to place your order. You’ll be guided through our menu to add items to your cart and checkout. Note: Orders are limited to 28g of THC products per day per person.
  2. Choosing Delivery Time:
    • Select your delivery date and time carefully to ensure you are available when we arrive. We are required by law to deliver only to the person who placed the order. If we cannot deliver to the correct person, a fee may be charged, and you may need to reschedule. A driver will call you prior to delivery, and you will receive a text notification when we are en route.
  3. Final Sale Policy:
    • All deliveries are final sale. We do not accept returns. If an item is defective, please email customersupport@ososflower.com with a description of the issue, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
